I had the same problem when I moved. And... well, it would be pretty much impossible to remember them all now XD

I've solved the problem by using two browser windows; big one for the other person and smaller one for my etcg. Then I can easily go through their card post in order and use control-f in my etcg to check, if I have cards from the decks they collect.
